Using the tools
The rent calculator and brief download work in your browser. Entering a requirement or downloading it does not send the form to us. The form does not save your entries to browser storage. Refreshing or leaving the page can clear them.
When you choose to submit
If you send a Southern California retail requirement, we share the details you enter with Parker & Associates, Inc. to respond to your space search. This includes your name, email, optional phone number, business, location, use, size, budget, timing, and notes. Submission requires your agreement to that referral. We do not enroll you in a mailing list through this form.
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests. The form uses the brokerage’s Discord inquiry channel to deliver the submission. People with access to that channel can read it. Please do not include financial statements, government identifiers, or other sensitive documents in the form.
Technical information
Hosting and delivery providers may process IP addresses, request information, performance measurements, and security logs to operate the service. A temporary, hashed IP identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions. We have not added advertising pixels or a newsletter signup. Fonts are hosted with the site.
Requests and retention
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of a submitted requirement. We will review the request with the brokerage and explain any records that need to be retained. External sites linked from this publication have their own privacy practices.
